Each individual goes to prayer based on one's unique need or calling. Prayer to me is strengthening my relationship with God. In Him I trust. It can be a prayer for healing for yourself or others. It's not easy, but it takes discipline and cannot be forced.
What have I prayed you ask?
I have prayed to God where I:
offer up my worries/concerns/prayers to you. Place it in Your Hands.
prayed asking God whatever His plan is, please not let my daughter suffer.
(She had Trisomy 18 and marital issues).
pray for others who are in need of prayer.
prayer for gratitude for my life, my blessings, and lessons learned.

Think about a time where you needed to pray! Prayer is personal and unique to each one of us!
